60% Bonarda 40% Malbec
With a deep ruby colour, this wine develops red and black fruit aromasduring its time in the bottle. It has a balanced palate with soft, sweet tannins. Serving suggestions: Served ideally between 16º and 18º C, having uncorked the bottle one hour before.
This wine makes an excellent accompaniment to red meat dishes (the traditional Argentine barbecue), meat pies, pasta dishes with tomato sauce, lamb, grilled pork and soft cheeses.
