De color amarillo, dorado con destellos verdes. Se perciben en él aromas a frutas que recuerdan limones maduros y ananá. De estilo joven, frutado, fresco, persistente en boca y con una dulzura justa que lo complementa. La burbuja es fina y delicada.

Ideal para acompñar sushi, mariscos, o pescados al vapor. Servir entre 8˚ y 12˚C.
